Dr Gianni Zappalà is an engaging and accomplished educator, facilitator and social impact specialist with over thirty years of cross-sectoral experience.
Previously an Adjunct Associate Professor with the Centre for Social Impact at UNSW, he is currently a Professional Fellow at the Centre for Social Justice & Inclusion at the University of Technology in Sydney.
Gianni uses Spiritual Intelligence (SQ) based tools and frameworks for workshop facilitation, Masterclasses, social impact analysis, and program design.
In this webinar, Gianni will tell us about 'Meaningful Evaluation' - his holistic and systemic approach to understanding and assessing outcomes:
Unlike linear Logic frames, Meaningful Evaluation is explicitly circular and holistic in nature.
Key to Meaningful Evaluation is the assumption that it is more likely that immediate outcomes lead to Medium and Long-term outcomes (changes in behaviour) that are significant and sustainable, that is, achieve social impact, if the experience/s from participating in a program are ‘meaningful’.
