Come and join us for some in-person networking, a superb case study and some honest discussion around the real challenges of getting this right. There will be informal networking from 8:00am, before the main event starts at 8:30am! 

MEET YOUR HOST:

Our host is Rob Haggett, CEO of Pocket City Farms. Rob will share the farm's journey and some of the real challenges that he and his team are trying to tackle.

Rob has worked across the corporate, government and the not-for-profit sectors in Australia as well as internationally in the UK, Indonesia, Nepal and Cambodia.

In addition to working at Pocket City Farm, Rob is also a Program Manager at Social Impact Hub.

He is passionate about social impact and environmental sustainability and working with others to solve complex problems to bring about better societal outcomes.

    MEET OUR FACILITATORS

    Eleanor Booth, For Purpose Evaluations and Chair, SIMNA Sydney Committee

    Eleanor is the Managing Director and Founder of the 2020 SIMNA Award Winning social impact measurement business For-Purpose EvaluationsShe is a skilled facilitator and regularly delivers workshops on how to measure social impact. Eleanor's areas of interest are gender equality, criminal and social justice, and policy making. She teaches in the Social Science and Business schools at UNSW.

    Matt Bevan, Uniting NSW.ACT and SIMNA Sydney Committee

    Matt is the Outcomes Measurement Lead for the church-based social services organisation Uniting NSW.ACT (a large church based social services organisation). Matt believes that if we want to make the world a better place, we need to consider the impact our activities have on people and the planet. His preferred approach to impact measurement is both practical and collaborative, with a focus on creating a learning environment that empowers people and facilitates continual improvement over time.
